"Our first present was from mother nature - after a week straight of rainy days, wedding day was surprise sunny perfection. Our most special moments that day were the intimate ones together, before the ceremony, just us, taking pictures in the verdant pastures and forests around the family farm where we first fell in love and returned to marry."

"It's great to see two of the bridesmaids with these handmade pinwheels as there were many fun days where we all gathered together and crafted the decorations over good music and food. The fact that our wedding was so DIY made it more personalized and from the heart. "

"I wore my goofiest smile and my brightest eyes to answer his question once and for all. There are rare moments when our true selves, our childlike hearts, are worn so entirely on the outside. Among them, this was one we will cherish forever."

"This was such a great moment.  After spending the days leading up to the wedding in total mayhem, preparing, having this time together gave us a chance to slow down, and really look around at the sky, the water, and one another.  We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate our love.  It felt like the whole world was on our side."

"You would think that as the Bride and Groom we would want to be the center of attention, but the focus was on the venue and the atmosphere we created. We brought people into our world. People who may not have known one of us certainly got an idea of who we are as a couple. We are still filled with an overwhelming sense that we made the right decisions and we have nothing but amazing memories and we are still hearing new stories of that day. Looking at this photo brings our vows back to mind again - they were so personal and representative of us and we're still living up to them today. "

"It is nearly impossible to fully describe the emotions we feel when looking at this photo. Walking through that pasture towards becoming husband and wife was exciting, thrilling and emotional. The time spent planning the wedding and months of ironing out the mountains of details just melted away as I walked towards my fiancé; nothing else in the world mattered. The page was turning and a new chapter of our lives was unfolding - one in which we were to grow old with each other until the end of time. Being able to hold on to those moments of excitement is something I never believed could happen; we are beyond blessed to have these moments perfectly  preserved for us. These images will be timeless treasures for us to hold on to forever and ever."

"Our wedding day stands out in both our minds as just a happy day -- a day where we were so thankful and content to hang with each other, our family, and friends. But the thing that this photo more accurately captures (and the reason why I love it so much) is joy. Mike brings immeasurable joy to my life, plain and simple. Without fail, he can make me smile even when I'm trying not to, and I adore him for it. "

"We are a bit weird. We won't deny it. So when Matt asked to take a photo of us in the dark on the beach, and ran around us with lights like a mad man, we were into it. Then we all ran into the ocean, skinny dipping under the moon."

"Every time I see this picture, it reminds me of how nervous I was back then. I was walking the aisle by myself, without my dad. Really broke my heart. But then I saw my best friend waiting for me at the end of the road, I could tell he was nervous as hell too! As I grabbed his hand, I knew I was not not alone, from that moment this man is gonna take care of me, he's gonna be my rock. I am marrying my best friend. I am just way too lucky that he happened to be my soulmate too. :) This image says just that, and it will always remind me of how lucky I am."

"After the reception, lanterns lit our way as we all walked down to a bonfire on the beach. There we played guitars, sang, and laughed until we were surprised with our very own fireworks show! It was a great night that was captured perfectly. After the the smoke cleared we headed to our suite where the real fireworks started...there are no photos of that..."

"The venue couldn't have been better. the seating chart was one of our favorite details, we found vintage audubon bird cards on ebay at the last minute. we were more than pleased with the display. We chose mismatched vintage china, as well as mismatched chairs, added some string lights, chandeliers, and the barn was the perfect backdrop for our reception."

"This was just moments before I walked down the isle, and right when my nerves really started kicking in. I could hear the seating music playing in the background, and the isles filling up with our guests. I could not wait to lock eyes with Sten because I knew that once I did, I would be at ease.

I absolutely loved my bridesmaids dresses. And I think they really loved me for not making them wear heels! My niece was the flower girl and I'm pretty sure she still hasn't taken those red boots off."

LEFT: "There is only one word that comes to mind when I look at this picture.  Love.  The love my aunt and uncle have for George and I.  They traveled in the middle of winter from Italy to be with us on our day, even though we didn't expect them too it made our wedding all the more special. And of course, the love they have for each other. After many years of marriage and 3 kids they are as in love as the day they got married. We should all be so blessed. Also, after years of George's nickname being General George ™ , we actually had a real General at our wedding.  That is pretty awesome. "

"We spent a lot of evenings sitting on the couch trying to figure out our wedding playlist as well as what our mixed cd for the guests would sound and look like.  Since we both love music so much, we couldn't trust the tunes to anyone else! It was so cool that our wedding favor CDs were captured in a new way by incorporating our rings."
